In the area “Capabilities” in our web we present the technologies installed in each production plant, proof of our versatility. The companies of EMESA Group are specialized in the manufacturing of big batches and also small series of products on stock or commissioned. Baked by a long trajectory, we have a great experience in the work methodology and the technological solutions that allow us the delivery of parametric and/or mass customized products.

We adapt to any request or need from our customer, including the incorporation in the products we deliver the components indicated in its specifications, from directed providers and also from our established supply chain.

EMESA Group labels the product and the packagings using barcodes and/or QR, assuring the identification and traceability, including also the information requested by customer, with our own formats or specified by customer, even to be delivered at the customer logistic center.

We provide the components palletized / packed according to the logistic needs of our customers, including in returnable container circuits.

Industry 4.0 is present throughout the whole Group, using the latest technology in the fields of communications, data collection, connectivity and traceability.
