Located in Ostrava (Czech republic), a strategic place due to its location and communications, it is equipped with state-of-the-art technology in terms of design and production engineering.
Settled on an area of 11,000 m2, it is a new production plant, equipped with the most appropriate technology for sheet metal transformation. The plant also includes various manufacturing units specially designed for the assembly of components and accessories.
The facilities are completed with large warehouses equipped with the necessary logistics elements to ensure an integral consolidation for its clients.
Manufacturing
Our factory is equipped with the latest technology in laser cutting, bending, welding (manual and robot) and powder coating. Fully automated areas to guarantee Safety of our personnel, quality and delivery time, with a highly qualified and continuously trained team.
Independent assembly lines for the different product families.
The consolidation system is simple, using logical storage. The entire supply chain is controlled with a unique label barcode reading system, in order to avoid errors and ensure traceability throughout the process.
To make all this possible, and always with the aim of promoting continuous improvement and quality assurance, we use LEAN tools during the production process (bar codes, SMED, ANDON, 5 S, one piece flow, KANBAN, …).
Engineering
Everything in SAVERA COMPONENTS CZ is geared towards mass customization, making what is special for everyone else a standard.
The three-dimensional parameterized design processes, interconnected with the production system, place the assemblies developed by engineering directly in the factory, without the need for intermediate steps.
